Houseboats, designed by Erikstad Arkitektur , have always been treated as individual properties but here in this concept they could actually be part of a bigger plan, like a floating street of similar two stories buildings. Nowadays there is less space to build and land is becoming expensive, this solution seems a straight forward one.
