Recently, the shoe brand United Nude, founded by architect Rem Koolhaas and Galahad JD Clark opened its new flagship store in Amsterdam. Designed by brand creative director and architect itself, the interior design of the flagship store reflects characteristics of the brand's products and DNA.
The most important element of the store design is the Wall of Light, a computer-controlled LED wall that displays the United Nude products as works of art. The colours of the wall change regularly depending on the atmosphere in the store, ranging from blue to green to red.
UN's next steps are opening flagship stores in New York and Shanghai in 2010.
Here are some of UN's products and the 'Wall of Light' in the A'dam shop.
